Helen has transformed the confidence, focus and results of riders who compete at every level of the sport, from RC and grassroots level to elite professionals, all over the world. Over the past 5 years, Helen has delivered talks and workshops to over 1,500 riders and worked 1 to 1 with more than 400 riders across the world. Helen has also been honoured to speak at a number of high profile events including Your Horse Live, Carl Hester’s Through the Levels Masterclass, and Blenheim International Horse Trials. Helen is also author of the acclaimed book Transform Pressure To Power which includes a foreword from the Charlotte Dujardin CBE, triple Olympic gold winning dressage rider and a true inspiration. Helen is a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, a NLP Sports Master Practitioner and she has a Sports Psychology Diploma (Distinction) and a Sports Hypnosis Diploma, in addition to a degree in Human Sciences from University of Oxford.
